Client Agreement

Marcus Collins Athletic Media & Branding
Effective Date: July 25, 2026

Thank you for choosing Marcus Collins Athletic Media & Branding. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for photography, athletic media, branding, and related services. By booking a session or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment
A session is considered confirmed once payment or any required deposit has been received.
Payments may be made online through the payment methods offered on this website or by any other payment method accepted by Marcus Collins Athletic Media & Branding.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

2. Deposits
If a deposit is required, it is applied toward the total session fee.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to one rescheduled session under the rescheduling policy below.

3. Payment Due
Unless otherwise stated:

• Full payment is due on or before the day of the scheduled session.

• Images will not be delivered until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
   

4. Cancellations
Clients may cancel their session at any time.
Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law.
If full payment has already been made, refunds will be considered only if no photography services have been provided.

5. Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled due to:

• Severe weather

• Unsafe field conditions

• Illness

• Family emergency

• Photographer availability

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate a new date.

6. Late Arrivals
Late arrivals reduce the available photography time.
Sessions may be shortened if necessary to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

7. Photographer Cancellation
If Marcus Collins Athletic Media & Branding must cancel due to illness, emergency, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, clients may choose either:

• A full refund of any payments made, or

• A rescheduled session.
